ALRUSAFA Water Treatment Plant Project
Akhaa Alrafiden Honored to implement (ALRUSAFA water treatment) one of the biggest and huge projects in the Middle East with total value 1,000,000,000 dollars with partnership Degremont SUEZ One of the biggest companies Specialized in water treatment in the world.
The project provides Baghdad Governorate with pure drinking water through reliable water treatment from Tigris River. The project develops water infrastructures on a phased basis starting with 2 lines of water treatment to provide 910,000 m3/d .And final capacities with five lines will be 2,275,000 m3/d. Once you step into the ground of the Great Rusafa water station in the Iraqi capital, Baghdad, you will find yourself in the middle of a huge project by all standards, as the area of land, buildings, pumps, generators, and even pipes that a car can roam in.
This project is the first in the Middle East in terms of size and advanced technologies used in it, as it is feeding the eastern regions of Baghdad, including the entire city of Sadr, in addition to other regions, with 100 percent clear drinking water and sterilized by ozone.
